摘要
铸造起重机是最常见的大型冶金起重机,其中起升机构为了保证绝对安全采用了冗余设计。一旦某个元件损坏,其升降传动链就一定会断裂,若此时起重机用于搬运液态金属包,则钢包势必因传动链断裂而坠落或倾翻,从而引起灾难性的后果。本文分析了新型双梁铸造起重机主减速器的优化设计。
Casting crane is the most common large metallurgical crane.Its hoisting mechanism use redundancy design to ensure absolute safety.Once a component is damaged,the lift chain is bound to break.Thus,liquid metal bags,if crane is carrying,will fall or tip over causing disastrous consequence.This article analyzed optimal design of main reducer for new type double-beam casting crane.
