摘要 现阶段,随着冶金行业、生产制造相关工艺设备的水平越来越高,用户对冷轧钢板的质量要求也随之提高.为了提高产品性能,轧钢相关企业对自动化控制系统的重视越来越多,旨在提高企业的竞争力,对关键设备、核心专利技术进行了充分的开发利用,提高生产线的自动化控制水平,如日立相关系列产品在冷轧工艺自动化控制中得到了较好的应用,其开发的监控、C-NET、D-NET现场总线等综合性控制系统现已经得到应用普及。针对冷轧自动化的过程控制。 at present,with the metallurgical industry,the level of production and manufacturing related process equipment is becoming higher and higher.In order to improve the product performance,more and more attention has been paid to the automation control system in steel rolling related enterprises.The aim is to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises,and to fully develop and utilize the key equipment and core patent technology.To improve the level of automatic control of production line,such as Hitachi series of products in the cold rolling process automation control has been a good application,its development of the monitoring and control of C-NETT D-NET field bus and other comprehensive control system has been widely used.Needle Process control of cold rolling automation.
