黄土隧道施工技术

摘要 结合兰渝铁路兰州枢纽长寿山隧道的施工,重点论述为了预防在黄土中开挖隧道的大变形和坍塌问题,采用台阶分布开挖法(又称环形开挖留核心土法),结合喷射砼及时封闭开挖面,用超前管棚或超前小导管预注浆支护、钢拱架支撑、挂网、打锚杆等来加强土体强度及限制围岩应力重新分布,实施短进尺,快循环来减少对土体的扰动,是目前黄土隧道施工的较完整的方法。 combining the lanzhou-chongqing railway hub in lanzhou long shou tunnel construction,elaborated in order to prevent the large deformation of the tunnel and the collapse in loess excavation,excavation steps distribution method is used(also called circular excavation core)method,combined with spraying concrete closed excavation surface in time,with advanced pipe roof or small duct grouting in advance support,steel arch support,hanging net,anchor,etc to strengthen the soil strength and the limit of surrounding rock stress redistribution,the implementation of short footage,fast cycle to reduce the disturbance of soil,loess tunnel construction is the method of relatively complete.
