关于房地产管理信息化建设问题的分析与思考

Analysis and Thinking on the Construction of Real Estate Management Informatization

随着经济与社会的快速发展,我国房地产行业实现了较为长足的进步,房地产管理的体质改革与信息化建设就是这一进步的最直观体现。在本文就房地产管理信息化建设展开的研究中,笔者深入分析了当下房地产管理信息化的应用现状,并提出了更好开展当地房地产信息化建设的建议,希望能够为房地产行业的更好发展带来一定启发。

with the rapid development of economy and society,China's real estate industry has achieved considerable progress.Real estate management physical reform and information construction is the most intuitive embodiment of this progress.In this paper,the author deeply analyzes the current application status of real estate management informatization and puts forward some suggestions for better development of local real estate information construction.He hope to bring some inspiration for the better development of the real estate industry.
