高层房屋建筑工程施工安全风险管理探讨

Discussion on Construction Safety Risk Management of High-rise Building Engineering

近年来,高层建筑越来越多,其可以有效地利用土地的资源,提高土地的利用率,但是高层建筑也存在着许多的缺点,例如建筑楼层比较高、施工周期比较长等。高层房屋建筑工程的建设规模比较大,施工周期比较长,施工环境复杂,在实际施工过程中,由于受到各类因素的影响,容易出现安全事故问题,因此,加强高层房屋建筑工程施工安全风险管理至关重要。文章分析了高层建筑中常见的安全风险隐患,并根据存在的隐患安全风险找出了具体管理实施措施,保证高层建筑施工过程中的施工安全。

In recent years,there are more and more high-rise buildings,which can effectively use the resources of land and improve the utilization of land,but there are many shortcomings in high-rise buildings,such as high building floor and long construction cycle.the construction scale of high-rise building is relatively large,the construction period is longer,the construction environment is complex.In the actual construction process,it is easy to appear the safety accident problem because of the influence of various factors.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the construction safety risk management of high-rise buildings.This paper analyzes the common hidden dangers of safety risk in high-rise buildings,and finds out the concrete management measures according to the existing hidden dangers of safety risks to ensure the construction safety in the construction process of high-rise buildings.
