物联网应用技术专业中高职衔接“三自主”育人模式探究——以重庆电子工程职业学院为例

摘要 中高职衔接人才培养是建设现代职业教育体系的重要内容。当前,物联网行业的发展方兴未艾,亟需大量的物联网行业复合型人才。作为将"三自主"育人模式运用于物联网应用技术专业中高职衔接人才培养全过程的育人体系,物联网应用技术专业中高职衔接"三自主"育人模式坚持以培养学生"双核"能力为核心,通过协调中职和高职学生管理工作,发挥项目化教学优势,整合校内和校外实践平台,切实提高人才培养质量。 It is an important content of constructing the modern vocational education system to train talents in middle and higher vocational education connection.At present,the development of the Internet of things industry is in the ascendant,needing a large number of compound talents.As an educational system,which applies the"Three Independent"education mode to the whole process of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges and universities in the application technology of the Internet of things(IOT),the mode of"Three Independent"education insists on cultivating students’"dual core"ability as the core,gives full play to the advantages of project teaching and combines in-school and out-of-school practice platform by coordinating the management work of middle and higher vocational students to effectively improve the quality of talent training.
