发展型资助视角下高校农村贫困学生社会融入能力的提升 被引量:1

摘要 资助工作在促进高校农村贫困学生发展与成长方面发挥了重要作用。但在资助实践中,当前的资助模式存在"重帮扶,轻教育""结果导向"等问题,在提升受助学生的社会融入能力方面效果不甚明显。目前,在困难学生的社会融入方面,存在经济融入、社会交往、身份融入、文化融入等四个维度的问题。发展型资助在经济帮扶的同时,注重育人过程,注重人的发展,注重综合能力的全面提升,对于提升受助学生的自信、实现自我认同、促进社会融入发挥着重要作用。 Financial aid plays an important role in promoting the development and growth of poor rural students in colleges and universities.In practice,however,the current subsidizing mode has lots of problems such as"emphasizing help,neglecting education"and so on.It plays little effect in upgrading the social integration abilities of these students.Four aspects of setbacks exist in the social integration for rural poverty-stricken college,namely economy,social intercourse,status and culture.Development-oriented subsidizing mode is process-based,and it helps enhance the integrated skills and self-recognition of students,so it is effective in improving the social integration abilities of these students.At the same time of economic support,it pays attention to the process of educating people,the development of people,and the overall improvement of people’s comprehensive ability,playing an important role in improving the self-confidence of the aided students,realizing self-identity and promoting social integration.
