Improvement Measures and an Application Management for Methanol Production from Coal

随着经济的发展以及科学技术水平的不断进步,我国的化学工业取得了很大程度的发展。甲醇是目前应用非常广泛的一种新型清洁能源,作为一种有机化工原料,甲醇拥有非常广泛的应用前景。当前,在可选择的原料中,天然气和煤(煤气层,地下煤气化)受到普遍关注。文章综述了神华宁夏煤业集团甲醇分公司在提高甲醇产量方面做得各项工作及实施效果,介绍了指标管理、煤浆提浓、闪蒸汽回用等项目。并根据目前装置运行的情况,提出下一阶段工作的计划。

With the development of economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, China's chemical industry has made great progress. Methanol is a new kind of clean energy which is widely used at present. As an organic chemical raw material, methanol has a wide application prospect. Currently, among the alternative raw materials, natural gas and coal (gas layer, underground coal gasification) are generally concerned. This paper summarizes the work and implementation effect of the methanol branch of Shenhua Ningxia coal industry group in improving methanol output, and introduces the items such as index management, coal slurry enrichment and flash steam recycling. According to the current operation of the device, the next stage of work plan is proposed.
