摘要
传统焊接方法难以满足大型构件厚板焊接对焊接效率和焊接质量的要求,而高功率激光焊接具有能量密度大、焊接效率高、焊缝深宽比大、接头质量高等特点,成为业界研究和应用的热点。而在铁路运输过程当中,铁道车辆的焊接技术对于我国铁路运输产品的质量以及可靠性等方面的内容有着决定性的影响。对此,相关技术人才吸引国外先进技术的同时,还要不断进行自身技术能力的研究,其中激光加工技术的应用,大大提高了我国机械制造业的技术水平。
The traditional welding method is difficult to meet the requirements of welding efficiency and welding quality for thick plate welding of large components, while high power laser welding has the characteristics of high energy density, high welding efficiency, big depth-to-width ratio of welding seam, high quality of joint, etc, becoming the industry research and application of hot spots. In the process of railway transportation, the welding technology of railway rolling stock has a decisive effect on the quality and reliability of railway transport products in China.To this end, the related technical talents attract foreign advanced technology, but also continue to study their own technical capabilities, among which the application of laser processing technology has greatly improved the technical level of China's mechanical manufacturing industry.
