摘要
爆破技术是煤矿掘进的重要步骤。煤矿掘进中深孔爆破技术可以提高工作效率,而且作业时间短。最重要的是能够确保巷道安全。目前煤矿掘进中所广泛采用的中深孔爆破技术,能实现令人满意的掘进效率,施工质量也获得提高,因此,非常有必要对中深孔爆破技术进行进一步的探讨。从炮眼位置、掏槽方式、起爆方式分析了煤矿掘进中深孔爆破技术的应用方法,探讨了煤矿中深孔爆破技术中所存在的拒爆问题及解决措施。希望能有效提高煤矿掘进质量及掘进效率。
blasting technology is an important step in coal mining. The blasting technology of deep hole in coal mine tunneling can improve the working efficiency and the working time is short. The most important thing is to ensure the safety of the roadway. At present, the medium deep hole blasting technology widely used in coal mining can achieve satisfactory tunneling efficiency and improve construction quality. Therefore, it is necessary to further discuss the medium deep hole blasting technology. This paper analyzes the application method of blasting technology in coal mine tunneling from the position of the perforation, the cut way and the initiation way, and discusses the problem of explosion rejection in coal mine deep hole blasting technology and the solution measures. It is hoped that the coal mine tunneling quality and tunneling efficiency can be effectively improved.
