激光扫描在机器人折弯板材边缘检测中的应用

摘要 本方案旨在将ARM激光扫描仪应用在折弯机器人机上,通过对扫描出来的图像进行处理分析判断堆料是否对齐。它不仅使得折弯钢板的质量有所提高、节约了材料,也使得堆垛的钢板摆放整齐,提高工业生产的效率。相对于传统折弯机器人,假如它的吸盘和框架之间是刚性连接的,其产生的误差可能影响折弯质量,从而造成材料的浪费。另外,我们设计的控制系统的硬件和软件具有较高开放性,便于移植拓展。 This paper will apply laser scanner which based on ARM series chips in bending machine to analyze the judgment of stacking alignment by processing the image that was accessed by scanner. It can not only improve the quality of bent steel plate to save materials, but also places the stacking plate neatly to increase the working and producing efficiency. Compared with the conventional bending robot, if it’s suckers and mechanical arms are connected rigidly, the errors will affect quality of bent steel plate and lead to the waste of materials. Moreover, the hardware and software of our control system is of good compatibility to transplant easily.
