TOFD技术在承压设备无损检测中的应用

摘要 TOFD技术又称为衍射时差法超声波检测。在TOFD技术应用过程中,可利用超声波对待检测件内部结构端角、端点衍射现象中产生的衍射能量进行分析,快速得出试件内部结构缺陷问题,并对其危害程度及位置有详细的了解。TOFD技术可为承压设备无损检测提供有效的帮助。本文根据TOFD技术在承压设备无损检测中的应用优势,对其在承压设备无损检测中的应用进行了简单的分析。 TOFD technology is also known as diffraction time difference method for ultrasonic testing. In the application process of TOFD technology, the diffraction energy generated in the internal structure end angle and the end point diffraction phenomenon of the ultrasonic detecting object can be analyzed, and the internal structural defect of the test piece can be quickly obtained, and the degree and location of the damage can be well understood.. TOFD technology can provide effective help for non-destructive testing of pressure equipment. Based on the application advantages of TOFD technology in non-destructive testing of pressure equipment, this paper makes a simple analysis of its application in nondestructive testing of pressure equipment.
