模块化钢结构变电站可拆卸外墙板安装技术的研究与应用

摘要 随着国民经济的不断发展,我国对电力的需求和供应也在快速增长,变电站的增容改造也随之越来越多。在对变电站进行增容改造时,为了进出设备,需要对外墙进行拆除和再施工,尤其是主变间外墙。本文提出一种可拆卸外墙板的安装方法,该方法方便快捷,克服了变电站在增容改造时,对设备进出口处外墙板破坏性拆除的缺点,满足了钢结构变电站在后期增容改造中对工期、造价和运行设备保护的要求。并成功应用于北京怀柔周各庄110千伏新建钢结构变电站的主变间外墙中。 With the continuous development of the national economy, China's demand and supply for electricity is also growing rapidly.And substation capacity transformation also will be more and more.In the transformation of the substation capacity, in order to access the equipment, the exterior wall of transformer room need to be removed and constructed.This paper presents a installation method of removable exterior wall.The method is convenient and quick, overcome the shortcomings of destructive wall panels, meet the requirements of the duration, cost and operation of equipment protection.The method has been successfully applied to the main transformer exterior wall of 110kV steel structure substation in Beijing Huairou Zhougezhuang.
