摘要 全球能源危机与环境危机使得节能受到社会各界的广泛关注。矿山企业在进行采矿、选矿作业时,一方面会产生大量的能源消耗,同时也会对周边的自然环境造成很大的环保压力。因此无论是生产成本控制还是企业经济效益提升,都需要由相应的节能降耗措施来做支撑。但现在很多选矿厂内的机械设备都普遍存在着不节能、耗能高的问题,这样不仅大幅增加了能源消耗,同时加大了对生态环境的污染。本文重点从选矿设备方面介绍,确保自身工艺及选矿设备的高效性以及节能环保性的发展趋势。 Global energy crisis and environmental crisis have made energy conservation widely concerned. When mining and dressing operations are carried out, mining enterprises will not only generate a lot of energy consumption, but also cause great environmental pressure to the surrounding natural environment. Therefore, both the production cost control and the enterprise economic benefit enhancement, all need to be supported by the corresponding energy-saving measures. However, the lack of energy saving and high energy consumption are common in many mineral processing plants, which not only greatly increases the energy consumption, but also increases the pollution to the ecological environment. This article mainly introduces from the aspect of mineral processing equipment to ensure the high efficiency and energy-saving and environment-friendly development trend of its own process and equipment.
