摘要
本文分析了增注泵数据采集的现状,提出基于物联网技术架构的柱塞泵数据采集系统的研究与应用,首先对系统的整体架构进行了阐述,对每个子系统中的数据采集技术进行了论述,并开展了现场的应用试验,结果表明系统运行良好,为油田增注泵物联网建设提供了技术解决方案。
the current situation of data acquisition of injection pump is analyzed in this paper and the research & application of piston pump data acquisition system that based on IOT(internet of things) technology is presented. Initially, the overall structure of the system is described. Besides, the application of data collection technology in each subsystem is discussed. Finally, the field application test is carried out. The results showed that the system not only can run well but also can provide technical solutions for the construction of piston pump IOT.
