油气生产合同能源管理模式应用的探讨

油田企业即是产能大户,也是能耗大户,且随着开发难度的加大呈逐步增长的趋势,企业自身开展节能降耗工作,降低开采成本,已成为必然趋势。基于市场机制的合同能源管理为油田企业节能减排提供了新的思路。在对合同能源管理进行充分调研的基础上,探讨了合同能源管理在油气生产领域的运行模式和项目运行流程,分析了项目实施中可能存在的风险,并给出了初步的解决措施。

In the process of oil and gas development and production, the oilfield enterprises also need to consume a large amount of energy, and the energy consumption increases gradually with the development difficulty. It has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to carry out energy saving and reduce mining cost. The energy management contracting based on market mechanism provides new ideas for oilfield enterprises to save energy and reduce emission. On the basis of full investigation about energy management contracting, this paper discusses the energy management contracting operation mode in the field of oil and gas production and project operation process, analyzes the possible risk in project implementation, and provides some initial solutions.
