高校新生报到是新同学迈入大学校园的第一步,也是学校收集学生信息,针对新同学实施管理的开始。为了便于高校更好的服务于新同学,提前掌握新同学的基本信息及相关诉求就显得比较重要,本文提出高校大学生预报到及支付系统的设想,以期能够提前掌握新同学基本信息,为新同学提供更加精准服务。

The registration of freshmen in university is the first step for new students when beginning university life. It is also the beginning of the school’s management of student information. In order to facilitate the colleges and universities to better serve the new students, it is of great importance to master the basic information and dietary accommodation needs of new students in advance. This paper proposes the idea of college students' pre-registering and payment system, grasping the basic information of freshmen in advance, and therefore provide services to the new students more precisely.
