临沂市水土保持监测站点优化设计

摘要 通过分析临沂市已经建成的9个水土保持监测站点径流小区/控制站目前在运行、观测、管理等方面存在的问题,从数据精确度,减轻观测员劳动强度和减少运行工作量的角度出发,提出在以后站点升级改造以及新建监测点中要重视选址、前期准备工作,进一步优化观测道路、集水、排水设施的设计,加强施工监管,建立和完善观测人员的聘用制度和管理制度等建议,为径流小区长期可持续运行和维护奠定良好的基础。 Through the analysis of the 9 of Linyi has built of soil and water conservation monitoring, the operation of each runoff plots, observation, management, etc. The analysis of existing problems, from the data accuracy, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency observer's perspective, suggested in the site after upgraded and new monitoring stations should pay attention to its location and the preparation, further optimize the observation of roads, water and drainage facilities design, construction supervision, establish and perfect observation personnel recruitment system and management system, for the runoff plots long-term sustainable operation and maintenance to lay a better foundation.
