摘要
在当前这个信息经济的时代,人才作为资源的一个核心组成部分,现如今已经成为了掌握着社会财富的主要部分。也正因如此,人力资源这个职业也得到了广泛的发展,发生了非常大的改变。在当前我国市场经济的社会背景之下,我国的市场竞争性也随之变得越来越激烈,这就导致了我国企业所面临的市场压力大大增加,在这样的情况之下,企业要想实现自身的进一步发展就必须要提高自身的市场竞争力,而加强人力资源管理工作就是一个有效的方法。有鉴于此,本文对当其经济学人力资源管理问题进行研究,以供借鉴。
