北京市高校健身健美社团发展现状分析

体育社团因其专业的特殊性在场地等方面有较高的要求,需要学校的支持,社团成员的学生身份决定了他们没有很多的资金组建场地、器材。学校体育场地设施的完善配备是保证体育教学顺利开展的重要保障,是学生有效进行体育锻炼的必要条件之一。虽然健身健美运动比较少的依赖场馆的设施,但是随着健身健美运动种类的递增,其对场地设施的要求也随之上升,为了更加有效的开展这些运动,我们更需要舒适的环境和良好的器材。此外,为确保在校学生健身健美运动的开展不受天气等因素的影响,提供一个较好的运动场巧是必不可少的。通过实地考察和电话采访,发现5所学校都有健身馆。

because of the particularity of the professional sports community in such aspects as site have higher requirements,need the support of the schools,community members of the student identity decided they didn't have a lot of money to form a venue,equipment.The perfect equipment of school sports facilities is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth development of physical education teaching and one of the necessary conditions for students to carry out physical exercise effectively.Although fitness bodybuilding less dependent on the venue facilities,but with fitness bodybuilding kinds of increasing,its claim to the facilities also rose,in order to more effectively carry out the campaign,we need more comfortable environment and good equipment.In addition,in order to ensure that the development of physical fitness and fitness activities in school students are not affected by factors such as the weather,it is essential to provide a better playground.Through field trips and telephone interviews,we found that five schools have fitness centers.
