北京市竞技篮球后备人才培养现状及创新对策研究

Research on the present situation and innovative countermeasures of Competitive Basketball Reserve Talents in Beijing

随着改革开放逐步深入,社会主义市场经济迅猛发展,我国竞技篮球职业化改革也随之开启。北京作为我国政治、经济、文化的中心,给竞技篮球运动的快速发展创造了极有利的条件。不容忽视的是,后备人才培养质量作为衡量一个国家篮球运动水平的重要标志,是篮球运动长期、稳定发展的根基。但处于我国竞技篮球体育发育不成熟,体系不完善的大背景下,后备人才的培养与探索势必会受到社会转型的制度影响而有所艰难。因此,认清形势,找准定位,把握竞技篮球体育的发展规律,创新后备人才的培养模式至关重要。

with the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of socialist market economy,the professionalization reform of competitive basketball in China has also started.As the political,economic and cultural center of China,Beijing has created favorable conditions for the rapid development of competitive basketball.What cannot be ignored is that the quality of reserve talents training,as an important sign to measure the level of a country's basketball sports,is the basis for the long-term and stable development of basketball sports.However,in the context of the immature development and imperfect system of Chinese competitive basketball sports,the cultivation and exploration of reserve talents will inevitably be affected by the social transformation system and will be difficult.Therefore,it is very important to understand the situation,find the right orientation,grasp the development law of competitive basketball sports and innovate the training mode of reserve talents.
