the rapid development of China's civil aviation is one of the main body of China's economic development,the current development of China's civil aviation environment is more complex,China must attach much importance to the strategic development of civil aviation routes.This paper first analyzes the composition of the development environment of China's civil aviation and then discusses the strategies to optimize the development environment of China's civil aviation so as to promote the development of China's civil aviation industry and civil aviation enterprises.
