中型灌区小型农田水利工程的管理问题及建议

Management problems and suggestions for small irrigation and water conservancy projects in medium-sized irrigation districts

我国是一个农业大国,一半以上的人口是农业人口,农业是农民赖以生存的经济支柱,同时也是保障我国粮食供给,维持我国社会稳定的重要因素,因此我们应该重视农业的安全与发展问题。水利工程的灌溉和疏洪是农业中的核心环节,是保障农业安全生产的重要因素,但在实际生产中,水利工程的管理存在这许多问题,这给整个农业的安全生产带来巨大隐患。本文首先简述了强化中型灌区小型农田水利工程建设管理的重要意义,并以禮县山门太青水库灌区为例,简介了灌区的基本情况,并分析了灌区小型农田水利工程管理目前存在的主要问题,然后探究了几点改进建议,以期为后续灌区小型农田水利管理工作提供有效的参考。

China is a large agricultural country,and more than half of the population is the agricultural population.Agriculture is the economic pillar on which farmers depend for their survival.At the same time,it is also an important factor in ensuring China's food supply and maintaining social stability in our country.Therefore,we should attach importance to the security and development of agriculture.Irrigation and flood drainage of water conservancy projects are the core links in agriculture and an important factor to ensure the safety of agricultural production.However,in actual production,there are many problems in the management of water conservancy projects,which bring great hidden trouble to the safety production of the whole agriculture.In this paper,the importance of strengthening the construction and management of small irrigation and water conservancy projects in medium-sized irrigation areas is described,and the Taiqing water in Shanmen,Lixian County,is introduced in this paper.This paper introduces the basic situation of the irrigation district,analyzes the main problems existing in the management of the irrigation and water conservancy project in the small irrigation area,and then probes into some suggestions for improvement.In order to provide an effective reference for the management of irrigation and water conservancy in the following irrigation area.
