摘要
围绕电力系统的风险评估,通过多角度、全方位对比分析我国与世界上一些主要发达国家和发展中国家电力系统稳定标准的主要特征,阐述电力系统稳定评价标准的重要意义和现实作用,进一步从防控风险角度为电力系统的风险稳定评价提出具体可行的建议措施。
based on the risk assessment of power system,the main characteristics of power system stability standards in China and some major developed and developing countries in the world are compared and analyzed from various angles.The important significance and practical function of power system stability evaluation standard are expounded,and some concrete and feasible suggestions for power system risk stability evaluation are put forward from the point of view of prevention and control risk.
