预警预报系统在防御山洪灾害中的应用

Application of early warning and forecasting system in preventing mountain torrents disasters

山洪灾害是雨季的主要自然灾害之一,尤其在丘陵地区受强降雨的影响,极易发生洪涝灾害,给人民的生命财产造成严重损害。为降低山洪灾害带来的损失,保障人民的生命财产安全,山洪灾害预警预报系统的研究与应用就显得十分重要。本文首先就山洪灾害的成因与特点作简要阐述,进而对山洪灾害预警预报系统进行相应分析,最后具体提出预警预报系统在防御山洪灾害中的应用策略以供进一步探讨。

Mountain flood disasters are one of the main natural disasters in the rainy season.Especially in hilly areas,they are affected by heavy rainfall,which is prone to flood disasters and cause serious damage to people's lives and property.In order to reduce the losses caused by mountain torrents and ensure the safety of people's lives and property,the research and application of mountain flood disaster warning and forecasting system is very important.This paper firstly elaborates on the causes and characteristics of mountain flood disasters,and then analyzes the mountain flood disaster warning and forecasting system accordingly.Finally,the application strategy of early warning and forecasting system in preventing mountain flood disasters is proposed for further discussion.
