社会经济的不断进步和发展,人民对于建筑的要求越来越高,想要提升建筑行业的经济效益,就必须对工程造价进行严格管理,并寻求突破进行改革。本文以工程造价管理改革的重点、工程造价管理改革的策略两方面,详细论述对于当代建筑行业工程造价计价管理的看法,并且,结合笔者多年的工作经验,给予建筑工程团队关于工程造价计价管理改革的意见和方针,希望可以提升我国建筑行业的经济效益。

With the continuous improvement and development of the social economy,the people's requirements for construction are getting higher and higher.To improve the economic benefits of the construction industry,it is necessary to strictly manage the project cost and seek breakthroughs for reform.This paper discusses the views of engineering cost management in the contemporary construction industry in terms of the focus of engineering cost management reform and the strategy of engineering cost management reform.In addition,combined with the author's many years of work experience,the construction engineering team is given the reform of engineering cost pricing management.The opinions and guidelines hope to improve the economic benefits of China's construction industry.
