经济的发展推动了社会进步,目前,社会生产和人们生活各方面的用电需求骤增,且对电能质量的要求在不断提高。输电线路担负着电能输送的重任,其覆盖范围在不断扩大,长度也在不断增加,整个输电系统日趋复杂。由于输电线路多是凌空架设,可能经过工地、树林、山区、丘陵等地,因此受外界环境的影响较大。加上人为管理不当,极易发生各种故障,致使输电线路不能正常运行。这就要求电力人员在实际管理中采取有效措施维护线路的安全、稳定运行。
