民办高校应用型人才培养模式改革探索

进入新时期后,我国教育体制改革日趋深入,民办教育发展迅速;但是,调查发现,我国大部分民办高校在人才培养方案、培养模式中逐渐暴露出来一系列的问题,很多民办高校将普通公办高校的人才培养模式借鉴过来,没有将自身特色充分体现出来,制约到人才培养质量。针对这种情况,就需要结合民办高校的实际情况,深入改革应用型人才培养模式。

after entering the new period,the reform of education system in China is deepening,and private education develops rapidly.However,the survey found that most private colleges and universities in China have gradually exposed a series of problems in talent training programs and models.Many private colleges and universities have borrowed the talent training model of ordinary public colleges and universities,failing to fully reflect their own characteristics and restrict the quality of talent training.In view of this situation,we need to combine with the actual situation of private colleges and universities to deeply reform the training mode of applied talents.
