谈小学语文课堂教学设计中对“学困生”的应对策略

摘要 在新课改要求的背景下,明确指出“语文教学要面向全体,要让全体学生都得到发展”,在每个班级中都有着不同的“学困生”存在,而如何使学困生在课堂中同样得到相应的发展,是现如今困扰每个从事教育工作者的一个难题。因此,小学语文教师应结合学困生的心理特征和学习现状,灵活运用小学语文教学的规律,为学困生定制学习目标应“适应”、为重难点学习时阶梯搭建应“适时”、课上辅导时应“适意”,本文利用以上三点应对策略,如何将小学语文课堂教学设计有效的相融合,从而促进“学困生”可以得到更良好的发展。 under the background of the requirements of the new curriculum reform,it is clearly pointed out that"Chinese teaching should be oriented to the whole and that all students should be developed".There are different"students of learning difficulties"in every class,and how to make the students of learning difficulties develop correspondingly in the classroom,which is now plaguing every educator.A difficult problem.Therefore,primary school language teachers should combine the psychological characteristics and learning status of students with difficulties in learning,flexibly apply the law of primary language teaching in primary schools,and should"adapt"for the customized learning objectives of the students for learning difficulties.The effective integration of primary school Chinese classroom teaching design can promote better development of"students with learning difficulties".
