长江三角洲区域风景道一体化统筹模型与践行路径——以苏南五个旅游城市为例 被引量:6

The Integrated Planning Model and Practical Path of Scenic Roads in the Yangtze River Delta Region——A Case Study of Five Tourist Cities in Southern Jiangsu

摘要 随着中国自驾游的兴起,融合交通建设、景观设计、生态保护、文化展示、旅游游憩和产业扶贫等功能的风景道应运而生。提出区域风景道概念,统筹构建以国家等级公路为主线,以区域风景道为辅线的主、辅风景道共存一体化模式,通过三个步骤设计区域风景道的实际路径。首先,借助社会网络分析法,对一个区域中所有景点之间的关系进行分析,挖掘出这个区域中的备选核心景点;然后,通过实际调研和访谈,对备选核心节点进行微调;最后,运用运筹学网络优化技术,在设定包含一定区域风景点数量约束条件下,以驾驶距离最短和路径风景魅力度最大作为综合目标,构建区域风景道优化模型,设计出区域风景道的最优路径。 With the rise of road trips in China, scenic roads with combined functions of transportation construction, landscape design, ecological protection, cultural display, tourism recreation and industrial poverty alleviation have emerged. The concept of regional scenic roads is proposed, and the integrated mode of the main and auxiliary scenic roads with the national level highway as the main line and the regional scenic road as the auxiliary line is constructed. The regional scenic road is designed through three steps. First, with the help of social network analysis, the relations among all the scenic spots in a region are analyzed, and the alternative core scenic spots in this region are unearthed. Next, the candidate core nodes are fine-tuned through actual research and interviews. Finally, by using the network optimization technology in operational research, under the condition of the number of scenic spots in a certain area, with the comprehensive targets of the shortest driving distance and the maximum scenic charm of the road, an optimization model of regional scenic roads is constructed to design the optimal path of regional scenic roads.
