摘要
为实现LW水厂的全自动化安全生产目标,本文从自控系统的角度,针对LW水厂反冲洗、砂滤池、炭滤池等关键部位的自动控制要求,分别设计了有针对性的安全技术处理方案,并应用到实际编程中。生产运行结果表明该处理方案,较好的实现了水厂的安全运行,对其他水厂的安全联锁要求有一定的参考价值。
in order to realize the fully automatic safety production target of LW water plant, this paper, from the angle of automatic control system, designed the targeted safety technology treatment scheme for the key parts of LW water plant backwashing, sand filter and carbon filter, and applied it to the real programming. Production and operation results show that the treatment scheme can better realize the safe operation of the water plant, and has certain reference value for the safety interlock requirements of other waterworks.
