在各种工程场合中施工升降梯起着重要的作用,可以加快工程的进度,降低工人的劳动强度。但施工升降梯的事故仍有发生,其中大部分主要是因为升降梯的传动失效导致的。为保证工人的人身生命安全,一种安全传动的施工升降梯是非常重要的。提高传动安全系数,主要是保证传动机构的安全运行工作,避免零部件疲劳损坏过快。因此,采用分档位传动的升降梯可以保证零部件的使用寿命,并采用弧轮结构保证齿轮完全啮合,使传动准确、安全。
