创新煤炭企业政工宣传方式的策略

近年来,我国社会经济发展良好,这与我国煤炭企业的发展有一定的关系,煤炭企业的健康运作可以带动当地的经济发展。但在不断崛起的煤炭行业中,各个煤炭企业之间的利益竞争也越来越激烈。如何使一个煤炭企业在激烈的行业竞争中获得立足之地、求得生存之道,那么重中之重就是要做好企业的政工宣传工作。良好的政工宣传工作可以为煤炭企业提供明确、正确的发展方向,为其他工作的开展奠定基础,但以往的政工宣传工作仍然存在很多问题。本文通过对煤炭企业的政工宣传工作存在的问题进行分析与阐述,进而提出创新政工宣传方式的策略。

In recent years, China's social and economic development is good, which has a certain relationship with the development of China's coal enterprises, the healthy operation of coal enterprises can drive the local economic development. But in the rising coal industry, the interest competition among coal enterprises is becoming more and more intense. How to make a coal enterprise in the fierce competition in the industry to obtain a foothold, to survive, so the most important thing is to do a good job in the enterprise's political work propaganda work. Good propaganda work of political work can provide clear and correct development direction for coal enterprises and lay the foundation for the development of other work, but there are still many problems in the propaganda work of political work in the past. This paper analyzes and expounds the problems existing in the propaganda work of political work in coal enterprises, and then puts forward the strategy of innovating the propaganda way of political work.
