刍议国土资源管理与农村建设用地的合理流转

土地是我国社会发展过程中的难以再生资源,也是现代化社会发展建设中的重要资源,所以当前需要强化国土资源管理,进行科学化土地流转。本文以下主要对国土资源管理与农村建设用地的合理流转进行探析,结合流转过程中存在问题提出具体应对措施。

Land is a difficult resource for regeneration in the process of social development in our country and an important resource in the development and construction of a modern society. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of land and resources and scientifically transfer land. This paper mainly analyzes the rational circulation of land and resources management and rural construction land, and puts forward specific measures to deal with the problems in the process of circulation.
