摘要
针对近几年主电机码盘故障出现上升的趋势,但是再更换下来的码盘检测时发现码盘本身光路及电路并没有损坏,损坏部位主要集中在码盘两侧转动轴承,其特点是轴承滚珠粉碎性的断裂,而码盘在更换轴承后还是能够再次使用的问题,尽早发现轴承问题并对轴承进行更换,则能够减少因为码盘而导致的主电机故障,并有效降低码盘的备件消耗进行了阐述。
