摘要
在传统个人DIY躺车的过程中,对于车架的制作,大部分使用泡沫内模具工艺,精度不高且可靠性较差,同时,在躺车的骑行过程中,过弯速度较低会容易侧倾,由于躺椅角度设置带来的视野较窄等问题也困扰大部分设计者。为此,依据目前趟车所出现的问题,团队从稳定性和安全性等方面创新设计出碳纤维竞速躺车并制造,对于无法用机械补足的部分,团队自主开发了一整套电子辅助系统。
in the process of the traditional personal DIY lie down car, most of the car frame making, using foam inside the mould process, the accuracy is not high and the reliability is not good. At the same time, in the ride of the lie down car, the low bend speed will be easy to lean forward, because of the angle setting of the lounge chair caused by the narrow vision also most of the designers. To this end, according to the current problems of the bus, the team innovated the design and manufacture of carbon fiber racing lie-in from the aspects of stability and safety. For the parts that can not be supplemented by machinery, the team developed an electronic auxiliary system.
