小学思想品德课教师专业化发展探析

摘要 随着素质教育理念和新课程标准的持续深入落实,小学品德课的课程性质、教育目标、教学内涵等各方面均发生较大变化,此种形势的发展自然也对教师的专业能力及专业素养提出了更高要求。本文对当前小学品德课教师专业化发展的现状及成因进行了简要分析,并在此基础上提出若干促进教师专业化发展的策略性意见,希望能对相关教育工作者有所启示。 with the concept of quality education and the continuous in-depth implementation of the new curriculum standard, the nature of the primary school moral curriculum, education goals, teaching contents and so on various aspects, great changes have taken place in both the development of this kind of situation is the teachers' professional ability and professional quality put forward higher requirements. In this paper, the current primary school moral present situation and causes of teacher professional development is briefly analyzed, and based on this, advances some strategic Suggestions to promote the development of teachers' specialization, hoping to some enlightenment to the related education workers.
