在教育事业中,职业教育扮演着重要的身份,其为我国社会的发展,输送了大量技术性人才。因此可以说职业教育教师的个人水平,将直接决定我国的产业结构调整,及技术水平。教师的个人能力与素质对学生的个人素质与能力生成有着决定性影响。因此本文站在社会发展的角度分析职业教育教师的专业化问题,提出数点解决建议,希望能够为我国的技术行业输送更多的技术性人才。

in education, vocational education plays an important role. It has transported a large number of technical talents for the development of our society. Therefore, it can be said that the individual level of vocational education teachers will directly determine the industrial structure adjustment and technological level of our country. Teachers' personal ability and quality have a decisive influence on students' personal quality and ability. Therefore, this paper analyzes the professionalization of vocational education teachers from the perspective of social development, and puts forward some suggestions to solve them, hoping to deliver more technical talents for the technology industry of our country.
