摘要
人力资源管理的传统教学无法很好解决学生实践能力、创新能力的问题,面临着前所未有的挑战和困惑,如何达到应用型大学的教学目的,翻转课堂是一种重要的选择之一。本文对翻转课堂在人力资源管理教学中的特点、遭遇的困窘进行了详细分析和探讨,结合教学实践,提出了可行的策略建议。
The traditional teaching of human resource management can not solve the problem of students' practical ability and innovative ability well. it is faced with unprecedented challenges and confusion. how to achieve the teaching purpose of application-oriented university, turn over the classroom is one of the important choices. This paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the characteristics and difficulties encountered in the teaching of human resource management, and puts forward some feasible strategies and suggestions based on the teaching practice.
