论新课程对小学语文教师专业素养的新要求

摘要 素质教育的深化改革推翻了传统的教学理念,中国作为一个有着泱泱五千年文化花的大国,素质教育改革下的新课程必定会对教师的专业文化有着更加严格的要求。素质教育的口号“素质教育,从娃娃抓起”说明了儿童成长的关键时期,必须是从娃娃开始教育。而且小学时期是小孩子童年成长时期的摇篮,为了让孩子有一个美好的童年,早早地接受良好的教育,提高小学语文教师的专业素养也然成为了当下教育方面面临的总要课题。本文就现今社会形态下小学语文教师的专业素养水平的实际性分析研究。 Deepening the reform of quality education has overturned the traditional teaching philosophy. As a major country with a cultural heritage of 5000 years, China's new curriculum under quality education reform will surely require more stringent requirements for the professional culture of teachers. The slogan of quality education,"Quality Education, Grabbing From Dolls," illustrates the critical period for the growth of children. It must begin with children's education. Moreover, the primary school period was the cradle of the child’s childhood growth period. In order to allow children to have a good childhood, early acceptance of good education and improvement of the professional quality of primary school language teachers has become a major topic for the current education. This article analyzes the practicality of the professional literacy level of primary school language teachers in the present social situation.
