对高职电气电子类专业学生职业素质培养的几点思考

在经济和科技的不断发展下,电子工业得到相应的发展,同时需要更多拥有实践能力的高素质应用型人才。对此,高职学校应该提高对电气电子类专业学生的重视,积极迎合社会以及时代发展特点,强化学生职业素质的培养,从而不断提高学生的综合素养。本文分析了高职院校职业素质培养的现状,然后探究了高职电气电子类专业学生职业素养培养的有效措施。

under the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the electronic industry has been developed correspondingly, and more high-quality applied talents with practical ability are needed. To this end, higher vocational schools should pay more attention to the students of electrical and electrical subspecialty, cater to the society and the characteristics of the times, strengthen the training of students 'professional qualities, thus improving students' comprehensive literacy. This paper analyzes the present situation of vocational quality training in higher vocational colleges, and then explores the effective measures of vocational literacy training for students with higher vocational electrical and electrical specialty.
