Present situation and related suggestions of a paper published by a sanjia hospital in Anhui province in 2014-2016

目的:了解某市三甲医院2014-2016年发表论文的现状,为医院论文管理部门制定管理政策提供客观依据,并提出建设性意见.方法:以2014-2016年期间医院科教处登记论文为资料,对该市级医院论文发表的数量、岗位以及科室分布等情况利用Excel软件进行统计分析.结果:2014-2016年该院医务工作者共发表论文902篇,近三年发表论文逐年增多,但高水平论文数量不高,发表论文岗位、科室分布不均.结论:应加强科研和论文写作管理、指导,加强不同岗位医务人员的交流合作,发挥省、市重点学科建设的科研辐射带动作用.

Objective:Understanding the status of paper published by the top three hospitals of a city in Anhui Province during the 2014-2016 period,to provide management system for the management of hospital s papers,to provide objective basis for integrating resources,and to improve the quality and quantity of hospital papers.Methods:The information is registered with the Science and Education Department in the city of Anhui Province during the 2014-2016 period,and the number of papers,post and department distribution were analyzed by using the EXCEL software.Results:Scientific research and academic paper writing management and instruction should be strengthened,and cooperation between medicare staff of different posts should be reinforced,Medical workers of hospital published a total of 902 papers,the number of published papers has been increasing year by year,but the number of high-level papers is not high.The distribution of papers is unevenly distributed.Conclusion:Scientific research and academic paper writing management and instruction should be strenthened,and cooperation between medicare staff of different posts should be reinforced.play the key disciplines of radiation driven capacity;increase the intensity of talent introduction.
