B超和CT检查对肾上腺皮质大腺瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasound and CT in large adrenal adenoma

目的:探讨B超和CT检查的肾上腺皮质大腺瘤影像学表现,提高对肾上腺大腺瘤的认识.方法:回顾性分析经手术及病理证实肾上腺大腺瘤13例,全部病例行B超及CT检查,CT检查包括平扫及多期动态增强.结果:13例肾上腺大腺瘤中,术前确诊11例,误诊2例.13例大腺瘤单发,均有包膜,肿瘤直径4.0~11.9cm.结论:肾上腺大腺瘤的体积较大,单侧单发,形态规则,有包膜,内部成分复杂,B超和CT检查是肾上腺大腺瘤有效诊断手段,B超及CT检查各具优势,是肾上腺大腺瘤术前诊断重要参考依据.

Objective: To analyze the of ultrasound and CT features of large adrenal adenoma and in order to improve the diagnosis of large adenoma. Methods: 13 cases of large adrenal adenoma were confirmed by operation and pathology. All cases were examined by ultrasound and CT, and CT scan consisted of plain scan and multi-phase dynamic contrast enhancement,data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 13 cases of adrenal adenoma, 11 cases were diagnosed before operation, and 2 cases were misdiagnosed. 13 large adenoma were single capsule, the size of tumors were 4.0~11.9 cm. Conclusion: large adrenal adenoma of large volume, unilateral and solitary, regular shape, internal capsule, complex composition. ultrasound and CT was effective means in the diagnosis of adrenal large adenoma, and had their own advantages, which were important reference for large adrenal adenoma preoperative diagnosis.
