循证护理干预在胆囊结石手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with gallstone surgery

目的:探讨循证护理干预对胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响.方法:将医院行腹腔镜手术的94例胆囊结石患者纳为研究对象,以随机数字表法分两组,均47例.对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受循证护理干预.对比两组患者术后疼痛及生活质量.结果:观察组患者术后2h、24hVAS评分低于对照组,干预后WHO-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:循证护理干预可有效改善胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术患者的术后疼痛,提升患者生活质量.

Objective: To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on postoperative pain and living quality in gallstone patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 94 gallstone patients with laparoscopic surgery in the hospital were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 47 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The postoperative pain and living quality were compared between the two groups. Results: The postoperative 2 h and 24 h VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, and after intervention, the scores of psychological domain, physical domain, social relation domain and environment domain in observation group were higher than those in control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing intervention for gallstone patients with laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve postoperative pain and increase living quality.
