预见性护理在肿瘤患者PICC置管行化疗中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing intervention in tumor patients with PICC catheter during chemotherapy

目的:探讨预见性护理干预在肿瘤患者PICC置管行化疗中的应用效果.方法:选取医院收治的98例肿瘤行PICC置管化疗患者纳入研究,以随机数字表法分为两组,各49例.对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上接受预见性护理干预.对比两组患者机械性静脉炎发生情况及静脉炎发生时间、平均置管时间.结果:观察组患者机械性静脉炎发生率均低于对照组,静脉炎发生时间、平均置管时间均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用预见性护理干预可减少肿瘤行PICC置管患者机械性静脉炎的发生,增加导管留置时间.

Objective: To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) during chemotherapy. Methods:98 tumor patients with PICC catheter during chemotherapy were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 49 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given predictive nursing intervention based on routine nursing. The incidence of mechanical phlebitis, occurrence time of phlebitis, average indwelling time were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of mechanical phlebitis in observation group was lower than that in control group, while the occurrence time of phlebitis and average indwelling time in observation group were higher than those in control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Predictive nursing intervention for tumor patients with PICC catheter during chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis, and increase catheter indwelling time.
