摘要
任务驱动的教学方法是以护理学生为中心,通过向护理学生布置操作任务,由任务驱动,从而激发护生主动思考的意识,在主动学习和互相协助中将任务完成,并获得启发,整理完整的思维逻辑过程;同时通过发散思维培养,使护生具备护理专业人员应有的核心才能.该文分析了任务驱动方法在急诊护理临床教学中的具体应用,通过实践,培养护理实习生的临床思维和解决护理问题的能力,以满足临床实践需求,效果较好.
Task-driven teaching method is nursing students centered and task-driven, in which, by assigning operational tasks, nursing students can be stimulated to think actively and then accomplish tasks through active learning and mutual collaboration. They can be inspired to integrate their thinking logic and reap the necessary professional nursing core capability through divergent thinking training. This paper analyzes the specific application of task-driven teaching method in clinical nursing teaching practice in emergency department, so as to cultivate the clinical thinking ability of nursing interns to solve practical nursing problems and meet the requirement of clinics and patients.
