轻度子宫内膜异位症并不孕腹腔镜术后的治疗分析

Effective treatment of mild endometriosis and infertility after laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨轻度子宫内膜异位症合并不孕腹腔镜术后的有效治疗方法.方法:选取某医院收治的轻度子宫内膜异位症合并不孕腹腔镜术后患者80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和研究组,每组患者各40例.对照组患者实施术后B超检测卵泡,引导同房;研究组患者采取中医分期治疗.对比两组患者子宫内膜厚度、类型、动脉血流情况以及妊娠情况.结果:研究组患者子宫内膜类型以及动脉血流明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者子宫内膜厚度、妊娠情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:对轻度子宫内膜异位症合并不孕腹腔镜术后患者实施中医分期治疗,改善患者子宫动脉血流情况,提升了自然妊娠分娩率.

Objective: To study the effective treatment of mild endometriosis and infertility after laparoscopic surgery. Methods: 26 patients with mild endometriosis and infertility after laparoscopic surgery in hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and research group, 13 cases in each group. The control group underwent B-mode ultrasonography to detect follicles after operation, and the study group was treated by stages of traditional Chinese medicine. Endometrial thickness, type, arterial blood flow and pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results: The endometrial type and arterial blood flow in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and pregnancy between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The staging treatment of mild endometriosis and infertility after laparoscopic surgery can improve the blood flow of uterine artery and the delivery rate of natural pregnancy.
