摘要
目的:探讨对盆腔炎患者给予健康教育护理后获得的临床效果.方法:选择医院收治的90例盆腔炎患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分组后进行盆腔炎护理措施研究;参照组患者(45例)选择常规盆腔炎护理措施展开;研究组患者(45例)选择常规盆腔炎护理联合健康教育护理措施展开;最终就两组盆腔炎患者健康知识总掌握率展开对比.结果:同参照组盆腔炎患者健康知识总掌握率(80.00%)对比,研究组(97.78%)获得显著性提升(P<0.05).结论:护理人员对盆腔炎患者给予健康教育护理,能将患者健康知识掌握率提升,使得盆腔炎患者护理配合度显著提升,从而为盆腔炎患者早期康复奠定基础.
Objective:To discuss the given health education nursing in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease after clinical effect.Methods:90 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease patients as the subjects;Using the lottery method for pelvic inflammation after nursing intervention study;Control group(45 cases):choose conducted routine pelvic inflammatory disease nursing measures;Group(45 cases):select routine pelvic inflammatory disease care+conducted health education nursing measures;Eventually two groups of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease rate of health knowledge total contrast.Results:With the control group patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(80.00%)compared to healthy knowledge total rate,research group(97.78%)for significant increase(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing staff for pelvic inflammatory disease patients give nursing,health education through will improve health knowledge rate,make the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease nursing cooperation degree significantly increased,thus laying the groundwork for pelvic inflammation in patients with early rehabilitation.
