品管圈活动在急性胰腺炎患者中药保留灌肠中的应用

Application of quality control circle activity in traditional chinese medicine retention enema for patients with acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高急性胰腺炎患者中药保留灌肠有效率的影响.方法:92例急性胰腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为实验组(44例)和对照组(48例).对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者通过品管圈活动,找出影响中药保留灌肠效果的真因,制定并实施相应对策,比较分析品管圈方法实施前后急性胰腺炎患者中药保留灌肠的有效率.结果:实验组患者增加中药灌肠剂量及中药在体内保留的时间大于1h发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者腹胀发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者中药保留灌肠的有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:品管圈活动能够有效提高急性胰腺炎患者中药保留灌肠的效果.

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle on the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:92 patients with acute pancreatitis were enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group(44 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group used the quality control circle to find out the true cause of the effect of retention and enema of traditional Chinese medicine,and formulated and implemented corresponding countermeasures to compare and analyze the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in patients with acute pancreatitis before and after the implementation of the quality control circle method.Results:The increase of the enema dose of traditional Chinese medicine and the retention time of traditional Chinese medicine in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of retention of enema in the two groups of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle activity can effectively improve the retention of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with acute pancreatitis.
