7所农村养老机构老人满意度及影响因素的调查报告

Survey report on satisfaction and influencing factors of the elderly in 7 rural pension institutions

目的:调查农村养老机构中老人满意度及其影响因素.方法:采用实地访谈和问卷调查的方法对河南省某市7家农村养老机构的60名老人进行满意度及其影响因素的调查.结果:对目前养老机构的服务,86.67%老人满意,13.33%老人不满意;性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、子女数、能否自理、亲属探望频率、有无医疗服务和养老机构是否能满足老人需求共8个方面与满意度有相关性(P<0.05).结论:农村养老机构中,老人对精神心理服务和医疗保健服务提出的需求最迫切,尤其是丧偶、无子女、文化程度高以及亲属探望次数少的老人.同时建议加强养老机构的医疗保健服务项目,提升养老机构服务的专业化和个体化服务.

Objective:To investigate the satisfaction of the elderly and its influencing factors in rural old-age institutions.Methods:60 elderly people from 7 rural pension institutions in Henan Province were investigated with field interviews and questionnaires.Result:86.67%of the elderly were satisfied with the service of the current pension institutions,and 13.33%of the elderly were not satisfied with it.There were eight aspects related to the satisfaction,such as gender,education level,marital status,number of children,self-care ability,frequency of visiting relatives,whether there were medical services and whether the pension institutions could meet the needs of the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the rural old-age institutions,the most urgent needs for mental and psychological services and health care services are put forward by the elderly,especially those with widows,no children,high educational level and fewer visits by relatives.At the same time,the medical and health service projects of the old-age institutions should be strengthened to enhance the professional and individualized services of the old-age institutions.
